Refund & Return Policy

For the safety and hygiene of our customers, we generally do not accept returns or refunds unless the product is defective. If you need to request a return or refund, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the product, based on the tracking information provided by the shipping company. Once your refund request is approved, we will guide you through the next steps.

All returned products will be used as samples to help us improve our production and quality control processes. After serving this purpose, they will be destroyed and will not re-enter the market.
